Hey everyone! I recently had the opportunity to receive these electrical tools from Nubee Store at little or no cost in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
I received the VOL880 digital LCD multimeter and the NUB8500H infrared thermometer to test and review. For the price, both products are good.
The NUB8500H is a pretty good infrared thermometer. The laser can be turned on and off. It can also be set to measure the temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius. There is also a back light for the screen that can be turned on or off. It is powered by a 9V battery. It also measures emissivity. In addition, it has a max temperature function so that when a group of objects are scanned, it shows the temperature of each scanned object, but also holds the max temperature in a separate part of the screen.
The VOL880 multimeter's quality reflects its price. If you need a cheap multimeter, it is a good option. It can fairly accurately measure voltages, currents, resistances, and continuity. It has a back light and a nice rubber case around it. While it is as good as a multimeter 2 or 3 times its price, it can be slightly spotty, so if you need ultra precision or reliability, a more expensive model may be worth the extra cost.
