Life & Food 85% HCA ENHANCED Garcinia Cambogia Extract Supreme

Hey guys and gals!  I recently had the opportunity to receive Garcinia Cambogia extract supplements from Life & Food at little or no cost in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

I had recently saw/heard a lot about Garcinia Cambogia and so I decided it was worth trying to see if it did anything for me.

I will not call this an automatic weight loss miracle.  Like most of these supplements say, it should be accompanied with diet and exercise.  I can, however, say that it acts as a great appetite suppressant, at least for me.  I find that when I follow the directions and take the supplement 30 minutes before eating, my appetite is greatly suppressed.
